Red Cross Opening Service Center for Peninsula Flooding Victims
The service center will be located at the College of San Mateo gymnasium.

The Red Cross is opening a service center in San Mateo Monday through Wednesday for residents displaced by flooding, Redwood City officials said Friday.
The service center will be located at the College of San Mateo gymnasium, located at 1700 W. Hillsdale Blvd. and will be open Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Red Cross workers will be assisting residents affected from two mobile home parks in Redwood City, one mobile home park in Belmont, 39 houses in South San Francisco and one house in San Bruno affected by flooding, Redwood City officials said.
Officials said Redwood City’s Fair Oaks Community Center would be one of the non-profit and public agencies supporting residents at the shelter.
