San Bruno CA: 1 and 4 PM Saturday at Tanforan
Here is your opportunity to talk one on one with your Police officers and take photos.
This Saturday May 16 th 2015 between 10:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. (normal mall hours) the San Bruno Police Department will be holding its yearly “Police Recognition Day” inside The Shops at Tanforan.
Approximately 18 police jurisdictions will be participating - manning info tables, displaying police vehicles, talking to visitors, posing for photos etc.
EXPANDED this year will be the 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. K9 demonstrations.

Each will take about an hour between the escalators.
On the agenda will be a US Customs and Border Patrol K9 demo,

an Explosives K9 demo,
a Search and Rescue K9 demo,
a Narcotics K9 demo,
and numerous Police Patrol protection dogs.
There will be a brief obedience and protection demonstration also.
After each demo there will be a 10-15 min “Meet and Greet” with most of the K9s and their handlers.
This will be your opportunity to meet, pet, and take photos with the working dogs.

The San Bruno Citizens Crime Prevention committee will have their information table and information on “How To Start Your Own NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH Block.
There will be many photo opportunities.
