On Wednesday, January 20, 2016, at approximately 11:03 p.m., San Bruno Police Officers responded to the Target Department Store located at 1150 El Camino Real regarding the report of a theft. Twenty-two year old San Francisco resident Gerald Revilla and forty-three year old South San Francisco resident Victory Mangawang were contacted during the course of the theft investigation.
As a result of this investigation Revilla was arrested for the possession of heroin, petty theft and pursuant to warrants that had been issued for his arrest. Mangawang was found to be in possession of methamphetamine for the purpose of sale and arrested accordingly. Both subjects were booked into the San Mateo County Main Jail.
