On Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at approximately12:35 A.M., the San Bruno Police Department responded to the report of an armed robbery at the “AM/PM” convenience store located at 1799 El Camino Real. Responding officers were told that a male suspect had entered the store, brandished a firearm, and demanded money. After receiving the money, the suspect fled on foot north from the business. Officers checked the surrounding area extensively, but the suspect was not located.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male approximately 5’7” tall with a thin build. He was wearing a very bulky black hooded sweatshirt and dark pants. He was also wearing a ski mask over his face at the time of the robbery. The weapon used during the commission of the crime was described as a black semi-automatic handgun.

The San Bruno Police Department’s Investigative Services Section is investigating this case.
