San Bruno CA: Russell Stines Asks You To Vote NO on N
San Bruno CA: Should You Vote NO on N?

I give you the okay to post this, If you would be so kind to the resident’s of SB. and the attached picture alsoSorry to take up your time.
But the lack of information on prop N from the city/ council is unfair and unconscious to the people of San Bruno.
I have asked council to amend the 300ft notification rule to 1,000 ft, but when a measure of this magnitude is being proposed, the city should do as much as they can to inform all of the people of SB and in bilingual notification.

So please......
What does yes on prop N actually mean ?

it means that along the transit corridor which was already adopted by the city, it will allow for above ground parking and will raise some height limits. But with existing ordinance 1284 in place WE THE PEOPLE can already change anything that measure N propose’s with a majority vote. And it really doesn’t have anything to do with revitalizing or improving the Transit corridor.
So what does a yes vote on N mean.
It means that the consciousness of the 41,114 residents of San Bruno votes, will put in the hands of the 5 council members.
I’m asking you to inform the people that they are giving up their rights to vote on what happens to the heart of San Bruno.
I do agree we the people may need to make some concessions to developers to revitalize downtown.
And at Tuesday nights council meeting without measure N the council/ people did exactly that by amending six existing ordinances, and approving a 35- 40 million dollar mixed use building Project on San Mate ave.
And that the little city with the big heart may also have a big conscience.
So I’m asking you to be a fair journalist and neighbor and post this. Please understand I have no interest in politics. I’m your neighbor and a concerned citizen that we the people are not being truly informed.
Thank you for all you do for the city of San Bruno.
