AGENDA SAN BRUNO CITY COUNCIL November 14, 2017 7:00 p.m.
Meeting Location: San Bruno Senior Center, 1555 Crystal Springs Road, San Bruno, CA
City Council meetings are conducted in accordance with Roberts Rules of Order Newly Revised and City Council Rules of Procedure. You may address any agenda item by standing at the microphone until recognized by the Council. All regular council meetings are recorded and televised on CAN Channel 1 and replayed the following Thursday, at 2:00 pm. You may listen to recordings in the City Clerk's Office, purchase CD's, access our web site at www.sanbruno.ca.ciov or check out copies at the Library. We welcome your participation. - There will be no City Council Meeting on December 26, 2017.
- In conjunction with the San Bruno Park School District, the City of San Bruno collected donations of clothing, food and school supplies for the victims of the North Bay Fires. The donation drive was a success and the City of San Bruno thanks the San Bruno community for its outpouring of generosity.

7. CONSENT CALENDAR: All items are considered routine or implement an earlier Council action and may be enacted by one motion; there will be no separate discussion, unless requested.

- Approve: Accounts Payable of October 23 and 30, 2017.
- Approve: Payroll of October 20, 2017.
- Accept: Reconciliation of General Ledger to Bank Reports and Investment Reports Dated September 30, 2017.
- Adopt: Resolution Ratifying San Bruno Community Foundation Officers for 2018.
Adopt: Resolution Authorizing the Purchase of Cable Television Equipment in the Amount of $144,600 for Improvements to the Residential Modem Internet Service.

9. PUBLIC COMMENT ON ITEMS NOT ON AGENDA: Individuals allowed three minutes, groups in attendance, five minutes. If you are unable to remain at the meeting, ask the City Clerk to request that the Council consider your comments earlier. It is the council's policy to refer matters raised in this forum to staff for investigation and/or action where appropriate. The Brown Act prohibits the Council from discussing or acting upon any mailer not agendized pursuant to State Law,
10. CONDUCT OF BUSINESS:
- Receive Report and Provide Direction Regarding the Results of the Pilot Program Allowing On-Leash Dogs on Park Pathways in City Park and Grundy Park.
- Receive First Quarter Financial Update Report as of September 30, 2017 and Adopt Resolution Amending 2017-18 Operating and Capital Improvement Budget Approving Carryover 2016-17 Purchase Order Encumbrances and Other First Quarter Budget Amendments.
- Adopt Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Construction Contract with Sacramento Builders for the Senior Center Deck Replacement Project in an Amount Not to Exceed $159,800, Approving a Construction Contingency and Project Management Cost of $39,950 and Appropriating $40,000 from the Senior Citizens Trust Fund and $71,646 from the General Fund Capital Reserve to Cover the Total Project Cost of $199,750.

- Adopt Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Purchase One Portable Stormwater and Wastewater Pump and Trailer from Rockwell Engineering & Equipment Company, Inc. in the Amount of $66,429.
- Adopt Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Contract with ARG Conservation Services, Inc. in the Amount of $35,063 for Transportation, Assembly and Installation of the Wood Carving Recovered from 324 Florida for Display at San Bruno City Hall and Authorizing Acceptance of a Donation in this Amount from Recology San Bruno to Cover the Cost of this Contract.
