On Sunday, January 17, 2016, at approximately 10:11 a.m., a San Bruno Police Officer located a stolen Jeep Wrangler parked near San Bruno City Park. The Jeep had been reported stolen to the Napa Police Department on January 15, 2016.

The vehicle’s two occupants, Napa residents Hayley Carruth and Bradley Stavas, were arrested and booked into the San Mateo County Jail on charges related to the possession of stolen property, possession of narcotics, and possession of narcotic paraphernalia.
