You can speak to a licensed immigration attorney for free if you:

  • Want a screening to see if you are eligible for any immigration remedies to adjust your status
  • Need support with Permanent Residency and Citizenship application support
  • Need to renew your DACA
  • Have any general immigration questions

Anyone (students and community members) can make an appointment online.

Please note that now is a great time to take advantage of the legal clinic because USCIS (the immigration office that processes a number of immigration applications) is slated to have significant fee increases. For example, a green card holder who wishes to apply to be a US citizen would need to pay $640 (plus the bio metrics fee) this month for the N-400 Application for Naturalization filing fee. This fee will go up to $1,170 (plus biometrics fee) on October 2. For more information, check the website.
