In April of this year the City of San Bruno asked you to participate in the Second Harvest Food Bank “Stand Up for Kids” Campaign. This campaign is based on the premise that every child deserves the chance to have a healthy, productive life, and that starts with nutritious food.

The program ran from March 30th through April 27th, with large food collection bins placed throughout the City. In true San Bruno fashion, you came through and proved we are the City With A Heart!
Overall we collected 460 pounds of food resulting in 383 meals for hungry children.
