Request for Architectural Review Committee input pursuant to the Transit Corridors Plan (TCP) pre-submittal process for specific projects located within the TCP area, for a specific project proposing construction of a two 5-story, 70’ tall, mixed use buildings. Recommended Environmental Determination: The project is covered under a 2015 program-level Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the San Mateo Community College District Facilities Master Plan Amendment, which determined that, with mitigation, all potential impacts of the project could be reduced to a less than significant level. An Initial Study is being prepared to determine whether an EIR Addendum or Mitigated Negative Declaration will be necessary.

Requesting an Architectural Review Committee recommendation to the Planning Commission regarding the proposed project which involves a General Plan Amendment, Planned Development District, Vesting Tentative Map, and Planned Development Permits to allow the construction of 40 single-family homes and a 30-unit multi-family complex per Section 12.96.190 and 12.36 of the San Bruno Municipal Code.
