PHD is bringing the 60 year old Dunkin’ Donuts brand to SoCal, with 6 stores already operating in Orange County, and 6 more on the way for 2018, including Lancaster, Victorville, Barstow, and more!!!
With this rapid growth model comes an almost unlimited potential for career opportunities. We are looking to add Crew Members to the team in one of our new, or existing locations as we add stores to the PHD family.
Snapshot of Responsibilities:
· Deliver top notch customer service and friendly guest experiences
· Ensuring store cleanliness
· We will train you to prepare Dunkin Donuts products with precision according to brand standards, including, but not limited to:
o Coffee, espresso, and blended beverages
o Food preparation
o Cashier and drive thru duties
o Front-of-the-house customer service

Position RequirementsRequirements:
· 0-2 years of experience in the food and beverage industry
· A smile and enthusiasm to be the best
· Ability to excel in a fast paced work environment
