The officers ran the vehicle's license plate and allegedly learned the vehicle was wanted by another agency in connection with several auto burglaries that occurred earlier in the day, police said.
Around the same time, a victim called 911 and reported she had been robbed of her purse at the same location, according to police.

As the officers were watching the vehicle, they allegedly saw one of the occupants exit the vehicle and commit an auto burglary on a car parked nearby, police said.
The officers then approached the suspect and the suspect vehicle and took the three teenagers into custody.
Police said they were able to confirm the suspects committed the earlier robbery, and investigators located the victim's purse inside the vehicle.
Investigators also found several stolen items connected to other earlier crimes, according to police.
Police said all three suspects were arrested and confessed to the crimes.
