BART to Suspend Service Between Two Stations Next Weekend

If you plan on taking BART next weekend, allow extra time. There will be no BART trains running between the Fruitvale and Coliseum stations on May 9 and 10 due to maintenance upgrades to the track.

The work is expected to go all day both days.

The upgrades are being made to improve reliability and safety.

BART will be providing a free bus bridge to commuters, and rail service to Oakland International Airport will be in full operation.
