Davis Street Hosts 2nd Annual Health Fair!

San Leandro, California: Davis Street is excited to invite the community to their annual Health Fair, Saturday, March 12, 2016. The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Davis Street agency, 3081 Teagarden Street, San Leandro, California.

The event is rain or shine, and completely FREE and open to the public. The fair will include: complimentary dental screening, community resource booths, tours, vendors, a mini-farmers’ market – with FREE fresh produce given to all attendees, health education, complimentary blood pressure checks, the Tooth Fairy, a children’s activity area, face painting, music and a complimentary BBQ lunch hosted by Local 55 Firefighters Union.

The event will include linkages to more than 25 other community resources including: Eden Healthcare District, 4C's of Alameda County, First 5 of California, Stepping Stones Growth Center, REACH Ashland Youth Community Center, Alameda Alliance, Rubicon Programs, Purple City Alliance just to name a few.
