City of San Leandro Home Energy Efficiency Class

The City of San Leandro's Building and Safety  presents a Do It Yourself program to teach residents how to seal up their homes and save on energy bills. The class consists of a slide presentation and many practical demonstrations. Residents who take the class are offered a free in home analysis to determine where their house is leaking and a pressure test of their heating system.
