The City of San Leandro is, once again, offering its Award Winning
Home Earthquake Strengthening Course
This course is designed to teach homeowners simple steps to strengthen their homes
against seismic activity. It is geared towards older raised-floor homes which are not
constructed to modern seismic standards. If you own a hillside home, please contact
the Division of Building & Safety at (510) 577-3405.
