We are celebrating with a big party at in San Leandro.  Kinship families will be able to get discounts on back-to-school shopping (Target, for example, will have a great sale going on!) Kinship Family Day celebrates relatives who are taking care of a relative's child.  If you or someone you know is caring for a relative's child, you are eligible for free services from local agencies. Come to Kinship Family Day to learn about what services are available for your family.  We will be at Bayfair Shopping Center in San Leandro from 11 AM to 4 PM on Saturday, August 20. There will be face painting for kids, live music, dancing, and birthday cupcakes for everyone!!   Join us and bring another kinship family with you. We want to reach as many kinship families as possible with the good news, so please spread the word.
