For children entering kindergarten next year. Parents join their children to learn age-appropriate activities that will help prepare their child for kindergarten. Parenting discussions focus on social, emotional, cognitive, fine motor, large motor and self-help skills necessary for successful transition into kindergarten. Parents will be introduced to the new California Preschool Curriculum Framework and learn activities they can replicate at home to practice these concepts.
