The San Leandro Chamber of Commerce Entrepreneurial Book Club

Entrepreneurial Book Club sponsored by The San Leandro Chamber of Commerce, meets twice monthly to discuss a book that is currently being read by its members.  This group is open to members and non-members of the San Leandro Chamber of Commerce and is free.

Are you a business leader/learner who can't find time to read the books you know you need to read? This is the community of learner/leaders you are looking for. And you don't have to read the book by yourself!  We read it with you!

The Book Club was created to serve a community of business leaders and business owners with thoughtful reading material.  The Book Club format offers lively and fulsome discussions centered on contemporary literary works by business writers, with particular attention to authors and topics that have a diverse offering of business backgrounds.  The reading list is not limited to ethnic, cultural, and global business experiences but is also open to local authors and local topics as well.  The Club will continue to explore authors that may be women of color, disabled persons, gay and transgendered business issues. Books will be chosen by the group and will offer the most appeal to the small and large size business owner as well the sole proprietor.  Where possible, complementary online writings(blogs, etc)will be added to the reading list.
