Fire Crews Knock Down Fire in San Leandro, 1 Suffers Smoke Inhalation
The cause of the fire is under investigation.

Firefighters have knocked down a one-alarm fire in San Leandro tonight, according to the Alameda County Fire Department. Fire crews responded to a report of a structure fire in the 200 block of Haas Ave between East 14th Street and Bancroft Avenue around 8:20 p.m., fire spokeswoman Aisha Knowles said.
The blaze was knocked down within 10 minutes of crews arriving on scene, she said. One person was treated for smoke inhalation at the scene and released, according to Knowles. The cause of the fire is under investigation. No further details were immediately available.
