OAKLAND, CA — Pacific Gas &amp; Electric reported on their outage map that 1134 customers in Oakland and San Leandro are without power Monday morning.  The outage started at 7:15 a.m. and PG&amp;E estimated the power would be restored by 10:45 a.m. According to the website, the cause of the outage was being assessed.
