He is the final suspect wanted in three BART deaths that happened over just 3 days earlier this month.

SAN LEANDRO, CA — The fugitive wanted for homicide in the death of a homeless man at the Bay Fair BART Station in San Leandro on July 21 turned himself into police Monday. The suspect is identified as 24-year-old Jashawn Combs of Fremont. He surrendered at BART Police headquarters in Oakland.
Combs surrendered after his photos were released by BART Police and widely circulated by the media.
According to a release from BART, surveillance photos showed that Combs hit the victim, 47-year-old Don Stevens, "with a closed fist to the side of the head. After being struck, Stevens then hit the cement ground when he fell on the platform."

BART Police had arrested 20-year-old Abdul Bey after the confrontation and he was still in custody when Bisbee died.
