San Leandro Home Damaged By Fire

2 adults and a cat were displaced by the fire.

SAN LEANDRO, CA — A fire did extensive damage to a home in San Leandro Wednesday, according to the Alameda County Fire Department.

Firefighters responded at 12:19 p.m. to a fire in a home on Rosewood Court.

The one-alarm fire, which started on the exterior of the home, traveled from the rear to the attic, doing extensive damage.

Firefighters kept the fire from spreading to any other homes.

Fire officials said there were no reports of any injuries. An investigator determined that the cause was accidental, according to fire officials.
