San Leandro Main Library to Close For Renovation

SAN LEANDRO, CA — Will you flip over this fixer upper, or will it be a flop? We'll know soon enough! The San Leandro Main Library will be closed from Monday, Dec. 19 through Sunday, Jan. 22 for a makeover.

The library will replace its carpet and furniture.

You'll still be able to pick up books and other materials from the branch libraries:

• Manor Branch (1241 Manor Blvd.)
• Mulford-Marina Branch (13699 Aurora Dr.)
• South Branch (14799 East 14th St.)

According tot he city, "The renovation project was made possible by leveraging local Measure HH revenue and a donation from the San Leandro Public Library Foundation. The Foundation generously provided funding for furniture and project design."
