The gun battle happened in the streets of San Leandro back in November. Police seized an AK-47 and 3 handguns with 100-round magazines.

SAN LEANDRO, CA — San Leandro police have identified two suspects and arrested one in connection with a rolling gunbattle in November that wounded one suspect and an injured an elderly couple, police said today.

The two suspects were identified as Davlon Harris, a 33-year-old Oakland resident who was arrested just after the November shootout but only publicly identified today, and Marcus Jones, a 32-year-old man with ties to
Oakland and San Leandro who was arrested Tuesday.

Police had previously determined Jones' identity and obtained a warrant for his arrest, but he eluded capture until detectives saw him in a parking lot at an apartment complex in the 1400 block of Thrush Avenue. He
