Tom Torlakson, California State Superintendent of Public Instruction, will be the keynote speaker during a Clean, Renewable Energy Dedication.
Torlakson's speech is titled, "Schools of the Future." The event is commemorating San Mateo Union High School District's recent installation of extensive solar energy systems.
The public is invited to attend.
