Each year at the end of February, the San Mateo-Foster City School District reviews its Strategic Plan and makes revisions for the coming school year. The Strategic Planning process focuses our work to ensure that the needs of our students are met.
Saturday, February 25 begins a new planning process. We will spend Saturday morning from 8:30 am - 12:00 pm at Abbott Middle School's gymnasium focused on strategic visioning, thinking together about the future we want for our students as we prepare them to compete successfully in high school, college, and into the 21st century.
Our theme for the morning is "Imagine." Imagine a world that awaits our children. Imagine the knowledge and skills
our children will need to compete successfully in this world.
As parents and members of our community, we invite you to join us in this strategic visioning event. At the end of the
morning, we will leave with the shape of things to come for our children, ready to examine what that means for the
work we do in San Mateo-Foster City School District.
