Preliminary Results Show Measure R Passes
The measure moves nearly 50 properties to San Mateo school districts.
Residents in San Mateo County appear to have passed Measure R with more than 90 percent voter approval Wednesday.
Measure R will transfer 47 properties in the Fairmont Drive neighborhood from the Belmont-Redwood Shores Elementary School District and Sequoia Union High School District to the San Mateo-Foster City School District and the San Mateo Union High School District.
