Real Estate Start Learning Now
Start learning about Real Estate now at College of San Mateo. And, "More money is made in RE than in any other sector of the USA economy."

"More money is made in Real Estate than (almost) any other sector of the USA economy," it is often noted.....
Real Estate sales agents (and brokers, and people who go into a variety of other RE trades) can actively share in the money-making (and especially here in the Bay Area!). The total sales
commission (split between brokers and agents) on a typical used house
resale transaction can approach and often exceeds
$100,000.....(it can be considerably More, too, in the higher-inflated
districts). That's just a single deal. Succcessful sales agents usually handle several deals a year.....
Real Estate Practice 110 class looks at what realty agents are legally (and practically) expected to do
to earn those high commissions. The focus is on the legal duties of
agents and discussion of some practical ideas how to get started on a
real Success Path for yourself in the business.
