Return To Campus For Stanford Freshmen, Sophomore Delayed: Report
Outbreak cited as 43 students have tested positive for the coronavirus since Jan. 2, the report said.
STANFORD, CA — Stanford University has reversed plans to allow freshmen and sophomores to return to campus after an outbreak on campus, NBC Bay Area reports.
The school said freshmen and sophomore won’t be allowed to return to campus until the summer quarter according to the report after 43 students have tested positive for the coronavirus since Jan. 2, the report said.
The school has allowed graduate students and those with special circumstances to move onto the campus over the last few days according to the report.

Graduate students along with those with “approved special circumstances” are being allowed to remain on campus for the time being, the report said.
