Why do illegal immigrants drive big newer car's,how do they get credit to pay payments? or why do they have giant screen TV's? And a cell phone to the ear, and trips back Home to their country every year? Getting paid cash could be undermining or tax base.
Who made San Rafael a sanctuary city?
