This is the scene that met Bob T and me at the Las Gallinas
Valley Sanitary District Ponds yesterday. Of course we asked the lady what she
was up to! It turned out she was radio-tracking banded Clapper Rail, an
endangered species! A U.S. Geological Survey project. Bravo!
