MARIN COUNTY, CA — The number of confirmed cases of the new coronavirus continues to climb in Marin County. Six new COVID-19 cases were reported Tuesday, bringing the county's total to 53.

"I know many people are tracking this number, but it's not the best snapshot of COVID-19 in our county," said Dr. Lisa Santora, the county's deputy public health officer.

In fact, Santora warned that there's likely thousands of more undiagnosed cases in the county.
