Crockett Man Arrested For Siccing Dog On Pedestrians

The man was arrested by police after a 911 caller reported the incident.

SAN RAFAEL, CA — A Crockett man was arrested Monday, Sept. 20, after police alleged he sicced his dog on random passersby at the downtown transit center, East Bay Times reported today.

According to the article, police responded to the center at 850 Tamalpais Avenue “shortly after 1 p.m. Monday after a 911 caller reported the incident.”

One victim who was bitten on the hand had to be treated at a hospital, police Lt. Scott Eberle told East Bay Times

James Roy Kinslow, 58, was arrested on suspicion of felony assault with a deadly weapon and misdemeanor paraphernalia possession.

“He remained in custody at the Marin County Jail on Wednesday in lieu of $50,000 bail,” East Bay Times said.
