Whipper Snapper will be open for Valentine's Day and Chef/Owner Bill Higgins is planning a very special, 4-course menu featuring aphrodisiac foods. The "love" menu will be available in addition to the regular menu, Saturday through Monday, Feb. 12-14, for $32 per person. Jose Neto will be playing acoustic guitar on Valentine's Day as well.
