Marin County Elections Department Open This Weekend
Residents can register and vote from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

MARIN COUNTY, CA – The Marin County Elections Department will be open this weekend so residents can register and vote in the Nov. 3 general election.
The department will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Voters can also drop off their vote-by-mail ballot at the Civic Center office in San Rafael.
"The response to this election has been considerable, and we want to ensure residents have every opportunity to register and vote in the office," said Registrar of Voters Lynda Roberts. "We want every vote to count."

Roberts said ballots have been coming in steadily. She reminded residents to sign the ballot return envelope and postmark it on or before Election Day.

- Return a filled-out ballot in the signed envelope to the Elections Department drop box during regular business hours weekdays, this coming weekend, or between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. on Election Day.
- Return a filled-out ballot in the signed envelope to any polling location in Marin during the early voting days starting Oct. 31 or before 8 p.m. on Election Day.
- Use one of the drop boxes found throughout the county by 8 p.m. Election Day.
Voters can track their ballot by signing up for Where's My Ballot on the Secretary of State's website.
The Elections Department is in Suite 121 of the Marin County Civic Center at 3501 Civic Center Drive in San Rafael.
