Northgate Mall Extends Wall Near Play Area Due to Risque Lingerie Ads
The wall is a temporary solution until mall officials figure where to relocate the play area, Northgate Marketing Manager Brianna Davis said.

officials extended a four to five foot wall near their indoor play area Tuesday morning, about the children's view of nearby sexy ads.
Several parents were concerned that the ads were not appropriate for children and want the mall executives to move the playground to another area. The wall was put in place Tuesday morning as a temporary solution until officials can find a permanent fix, according to Northegate's Marketing Manager Brianna Davis.
The playground is an enclosed space in the mall’s corridor that accommodates mostly toddlers. The ads near the playground show scantily clad women on large posters that face shoppers browsing between stores.

“We’re not angry at Victoria’s Secret. We just think the mall was very insensitive when they placed the playground there,” said Jay Siegan, whose 5-year-old daughter plays at the mall.
