Readers' Choice Winner: Rafael Florist

After five days of voting, Rafael Florist at 831 Fourth St. takes the prize for best flower shop in San Rafael.

Delivering flowers since 1975, Rafael Florist has a wide array of fresh blossoms, arrangements and plants available in the store and for delivery.

Their website features a list of their top sellers and they are able to deliver on the same day by 2 p.m.

"Rafael Florist has an amazing variety of beautiful floral arrangements and their
window displays are second to none," Patch reader said on our poll earlier this week.

Second place goes to , which has been in business for over 100 years, spanning four generations! Phoebe Burns opened the shop at 1414 Fourth St. in 1908 and her great-granddaughter Debbe is carrying on the floral tradition. Burns specializes in traditional, tropical and contemporary arrangements.

And comes in third. Serving Marin County for over 20 years, this flower shop used to be located outside of Macy's at Northgate Mall. Due to the renovation of the mall, they relocated one exit north of Freitas Parkway. Delivery to locations in Marin are available same day if you place your order by 12 p.m.
