Red Flag Warning, Wind Advisory Issued For North Bay
BREAKING: Fire danger is extremely high due to strong winds and dry weather conditions, according to the National Weather Service.

NORTH BAY, CA – The strong winds and dry weather conditions that propelled the deadly wildfires in Wine Country will return Wednesday night and Thursday, prompting the National Weather Service to issue both a red flag warning and wind advisory for the North Bay.
The red flag warning will be in effect from 5 p.m. Wednesday through 5 p.m. Thursday for the North Bay hills and mountains. The wind advisory will be in effect during the same time for the North Bay mountains.
The highest threat is in the Napa County hills as well as around Mount Saint Helena and the hills of Marin around Mount Tamalpais, according to weather officials. Any fires that start will likely spread rapidly.

With strong winds expected for the region, Pacific Gas and Electric Company warned residents to be alert near fallen trees and branches. Residents were also urged to report and stay away from downed power lines.
"Although speeds will not be as high as the wind event on Sunday, wind gust could be strong enough to topple trees and powerlines," weather officials said.
