Student Photographers Featured in 2012 Calendar
Photographs from two students from Terra Linda High School and one from Marin Academy made it into Bank of Marin's 2012 calendar.
A few San Rafael students are looking forward to 2012 for a different reason.
students Jackson Mercer and Kathryn Sessi as well as student Tai Hallstein all won a photo contest hosted by Bank of Marin. The winners' photos get a month in the bank's new 2012 calendar.

All the photos feature scenic views from local areas. Mercer's photograph, called Movie Night, shows the on Fourth Street glowing at night. Sessi's photograph, called China Sunset, features a golden sunset near the coast at .
Hallstein's photo, Green Pastures, won the cover shot and shows dark cows grazing on a deep green hill.
