American Idol Performer Comes to Danville

Fans of the hit show American Idol will not want to miss this special event at the Village Theatre & Art gallery. Singer-songwriter Adam Lasher will hold a one night performance on June 11, 2015.

Lasher is a guitarist, singer, and songwriter from California currently living and performing in Southern California. The indie artist is best known for the covers he’s done on the recent season of American Idol but proves he is a talent in his own right with his newest EP, “These Shoes” released on Jan. 20. In this era of over-processed music, Lasher is a breath of fresh air, bringing the performance back to the jam session days of acts like George Harrison or Lasher’s own uncle, Carlos Santana.

This one night event will be held on June 11, 2015, at the Village Theatre & Art Gallery, 233 Front Street. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. with the show beginning at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $20 pre-sale and $25 at the door. Beer and wine will be available for purchase.
