Billboard on 680

Did anyone notice the billboard that just went up on 680 between Bollinger & Norris Canyon? I know that it's just a billboard about Bishop Ranch, but I'm not pleased seeing a billboard in our city & on our local freeway. What's next, a McDonald's billboard? We don't want a freeway running through San Ramon filled with billboards (or even one billboard). I'm disappointed to see that a billboard was allowed on 680 in San Ramon. It's not appealing or attractive to our city.
