New Sushi Restaurant, 3 Stores Added To City Center Bishop Ranch

The new tenants are scheduled to open this year.

SAN RAMON, CA — The world’s first certified sustainable sushi restaurant and three retailers have been added to the growing list of businesses scheduled to open in the City Center Bishop Ranch this year. Sephora, Bamboo Sushi, GEORGE and Unionmade will join Fieldwork Brewing Company, Trader, Starbucks, On the EDGE, and Williams Sonoma in the shopping center.

“We will continue to add to the offerings at City Center that make it a unique and convenient destination for the East Bay community,” said Alexander Mehran Jr., president and chief operating officer of Sunset Development Company. “From the international brand Sephora to San Francisco’s George and Unionmade, we are proud to align with brands that keep our customers coming back to City Center.”

GEORGE, established in 1991, offers well-designed and locally manufactured bedding, collars and leads, bowls, apparel, and grooming products to enhance the lives of pets and their companions, according to the Sunset Development Company. Unionmade is an independent menswear store.

Businesses in the the 300,000-square-foot shopping, dining and entertainment property started opening in November of 2018. THE LOT, a luxury cinema and dining destination, is the anchoring business in the sprawling development.
