San Ramon Police Food Drive Will Benefit Local Food Bank
The community is encouraged to donate nonperishable items this weekend.

SAN RAMON, CA — Tri-Valley residents are invited to donate food and help stuff the police cruiser this Saturday. A San Ramon police car will be parked in front of the Safeway in the Gale Ranch Plaza this Saturday between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. All of the food collected will be donated to the Food Bank of Contra Costa.
“Stop by, do your Thanksgiving shopping, and help us stuff the cruiser,” police said via social media.
The food bank serves seniors, children and other community members in need. The food bank is in need of peanut butter, dry beans, rice, pasta, and canned soups. Click here for a full list of donation items.
