The driver of that vehicle was arrested on suspicion of DUI after being treated, and authorities have not yet released updates on the victims' conditions.

Relief from October heat wave gripping North Bay days away, forecasters say (pressdemocrat.com) — Santa Rosa is in the middle of an October heat wave, with downtown hitting 100 degrees and a heat advisory now extended through Thursday evening. Forecasters say inland areas will stay in the mid-90s to low 100s before cooling arrives Friday, so residents are urged to stay hydrated, avoid peak heat, and watch for elevated fire risk and poor air quality.
