• SBCAG Marks 60 Years, Says Billion-Dollar Highway 101 Project 'Almost Done' (noozhawk.com) — Regional transportation planners say a new 9-mile multiuse trail is in the works for the Santa Ynez Valley, part of a broader slate of Measure A–funded projects. As Highway 101 widening nears completion and other corridors are studied, officials emphasize that collaborative planning is bringing more walking, biking, and driving improvements to communities throughout Santa Barbara County, including the Santa Ynez area.
