Truck overturns, causes traffic delays in Santa Cruz (santacruzsentinel.com) β Traffic near River Street and Highway 1 in Santa Cruz was heavily backed up Monday afternoon after a Budget rental truck overturned while hauling unsecured water bottles. No one was injured, but cleanup and towing kept only one southbound Highway 1 lane open until about 5 p.m. as crews cleared debris and righted the vehicle.
