Driver Arrested In Santa Cruz Crash That Pinned Woman Under Car
- Alejandro Fernandez, 27, of Watsonville, was arrested on suspicion of felony hit-and-run, DUI, and a probation violation.

- During a traffic stop in Scotts Valley, police say they found ammo, illegal drugs and stolen IDs inside the suspect's vehicle.

- The man is suspected of exposing himself to two teen girls who were hiking near the Garden of Eden Trail in the 4000 block of Highway 9.
