Early Voting, Ballot Drop-Off In Santa Cruz County

Early voting is already underway in Santa Cruz County. Here's where to vote early or drop off your official ballot.

SANTA CRUZ, CA — The March 3, 2020 Presidential Primary Election is coming up and vote-by-mail is already underway. As of Thursday, early voting sites were open in Santa Cruz County, too.

While voters can still register to vote by mail, it's too late to receive a bailed ballot. So if you want to vote early in Santa Cruz County, visit these sites:

  • Santa Cruz County Clerk, 701 Ocean Street, Room 310 (weekdays 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
  • Felton — Zayante Fire Protection District, 7700 E Zayante Rd (9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Feb 29/March 1, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. March 2)
  • Scotts Valley — Scotts Valley Skypark Classroom, 361 Kings Village Rd (9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Feb 29/March 1, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. March 2)

If you are currently registered to vote by mail, you should have already received your Voter Guide and official ballot in the mail. Once completed — follow all directions carefully — you may drop it in any U.S. Postal Service mailbox, or at these locations:
