CORE Conditioning

Everyone wants more energy, to live pain free, and to live a healthier life.  However, it is sometimes hard to find the time to accomplish those goals or to know exactly how to achieve them.  With this class, all major muscle groups will be worked, focusing on strengthening your core and improving your stamina.  Class always consists of dynamic warm-up, core strengthening exercises, and functional circuit training, as well as stretching.  *Increase Energy. *Boost your metabolism.  *Manage your weight.  *Improve strength, athleticism, and cardiovascular fitness.
